The guitar version of my piece ‘Oceans of Time‘ is selected to be included and presented at the ’21st Century Guitar Conference’ at Ball State University, Muncie, Indiana, USA, March 17-20, 2022.

The Guitar in Contemporary chamber music

The 3rd edition of the international interdisciplinary conference The 21st Century Guitar will be hosted in-person and virtually in collaboration with the International Guitar Research Centre (IGRC, University of Surrey).

The goal of this edition is to bring together academics, composers and performers from different fields who are interested in contemporary approaches to guitar research, sound production, composition, performance and pedagogy.

The original version for toy piano, flute and clarinet is a commission from Seoul Toy Piano Ensemble. Papyeon is korean for fragment.
